What is the registration fee for the conference?

If you register before or on June 12th, the fee will be $1,395. The standard fee for registrations after June 12th will be $1,595. There is a discounted hotel room rate for those who book at the conference location. See the agenda for refreshments details. Refreshments other than those provided will be the responsibility of the attendee.
Are there any group discounts available for registration?

Yes, the first registrant will be charged full price or the early-bird price (depending on when they register). Subsequent registrants would receive an additional 10 percent discount.
What is included in the conference registration fee? The registration fee covers access to the three-day conference, complimentary breakfast, lunch, and snacks throughout the conference, and a reception dinner with an open bar during the conference. Registration also unlocks a discounted room block on location for lodging.

Those who need to transfer a registration to another resource within their organization can contact conference@cobblestonesoftware.com. Cancellations by attendees may be subject to a 10% conference registration cancellation fee.

You will be invoiced by CobbleStone's accounting department for your registration. Each individual must complete a separate registration form. Cancellations by attendees may be subject to a 10% conference registration cancellation fee. Lodging and travel fees, such as hotel rooms and airfare, are not included in conference registration fees and are not the responsibility of CobbleStone Software. By registering, you agree to these terms. The agenda and event topics are subject to change. CobbleStone reserves the right to cancel or modify the dates or location of the conference with 15 days’ notice to registered participants.
