We are seeking a mid-level developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our Clausifi ™ and Partner Network code development efforts using the latest Microsoft technologies, with a primary focus on Blazor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design efficient solutions using .NET and Blazor framework.
2. Develop and maintain responsive features that deliver a seamless user experience across different devices and browsers.
3. Implement best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
4. Integrate back-end services and APIs with front-end applications using ASP.NET and other relevant technologies.
5. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow developers to ensure code quality and consistency.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to applications and ensure timely bug fixes.
7. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Blazor and .NET development, and proactively suggest improvements to existing applications.
8. Work on projects independently and meet project deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. At least 2 years’ work-related experience in C# and .NET framework, with a strong emphasis on Blazor.
2. Experience in building modern web applications using Blazor and working knowledge of WebAssembly.
3. Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.
4. Sound understanding of ASP.NET Core, MVC, and web APIs for seamless integration with the front-end.
5. Database design and development skills, particularly with SQL Server and writing/editing stored procedures and/or triggers.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to think critically and provide effective solutions.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with team members and stakeholders effectively.
8. Proven track record of estimating and delivering projects on time and meeting quality standards.
ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS (Not Mandatory but Beneficial)
1. Knowledge of other JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
2. Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
3. Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD) practices.
4. Understanding of agile development methodologies.

- At least 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst (BA) or equivalent experience identifying and translating needs into use cases
