Training Intern

CobbleStone Software is seeking dynamic individuals to join their fast-growing software company. The successful candidate will join a results oriented, casual, fun environment with responsibilities ranging across multiple aspects of the business. 

The CobbleStone Systems Training Intern will participate in assisting the training department team members in their daily tasks and with anything they may need. Activities may include conducting training events, training program communications and campaigns, content design, etc. This is a well-rounded position that will provide an intern with valuable technical training experience, and may provide with an opportunity for full-time training assistant employment. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and deliver Training Certs to companies on a weekly basis
  • Conducting phone call campaigns based on company initiatives.
  • Support team efforts including traditional physical and digital marketing.
  • Support the development of strategic and tactical training plans across web presence, social media, public relations, marketing.
    • campaigns, advertisement, trade shows, etc.
  • Manage and update lists of leads and clients for training efforts.
  • Assist training staff with preparing material for demonstrations, conferences, and more.
  • Assist clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support report preparation to update internal staff on sales efforts and statistics.
  • Communicate with current clients to ensure satisfaction as needed.
  • Assisting training staff with scheduling, proposal preparation/delivery, lead/client management, pricing, reporting and more.
  • Assist clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support current clients as needed.
  • Provide superior customer service.
  • Support all CobbleStone resources.
  • Partner with other departments to ensure proper messaging and relevancy.
  • Represent CobbleStone in a positive, professional manner.
  • Comply with company and team policies and procedures.
  • Understand and adhere to company, team and department’s policies and procedures.
  • Understand and work toward meeting the company’s mission and corporate goals, such as but not limited to: assist or perform duties related to customer acquisition, customer satisfaction, customer retention, risk mitigation, an/or cost savings.
  • Understand your job duties and metrics; perform annual trainings as request by the company.
  • Professionally manage duties, be on-time, detail tasks management, client feedback and suggestions.
  • In-depth understanding of CobbleStone products and features as required by your specific role.
  • Respond to internal and external related inquiries or requests and provide assistance to other staff members as required.
  • Schedule calls, meetings, tasks, planning events, implementation, training, maintain the team’s agenda
  • Work with CobbleStone team members, where necessary, to recommend solutions that support the company mission and goals.
  • Take direction from management, directors, superiors, and others and provide advice in a professional manner.
  • Track and report on metrics
  • Professional communication and team interaction.
  • When asked: assist and/or lead the mentoring other staff.
  • Understand your roles job duties and metrics.
  • Perform general office duties inclusive of answering phones, emails, meetings, and other related job duties.
  • Retain strict confidentiality obligations of company policies and those if its clients; inclusive of not participating in, responding to surveys/questions, or posting company/client/vendor/employee or non-public information on social media sites or other public sources.
  • Maintain compliance with PTO and time-off policies, security policies, and comply with applicable laws, regulations, and client contract obligations; strive to schedule all time-off in advance and coordinated with manager and Human Resources.
  • Be reliable, professional, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with meeting Companies goal of client revenue grow, client retention, profitability goals.
  • May require travel, may require long period of time at a computer and other physical activities.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with other duties assigned as required to achieve company’s mission.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A clear understanding of marketing concepts, terminology, strategies, and execution of concepts
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Understanding of how to develop business content for social media networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, You Tube, etc.)
  • Prior exposure to Microsoft Office products Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated organization skills.
  • Comfortable communicating individually or within groups.
  • Dynamic, creative, and self-driven with the ability to work well both with a team and independently.
  • Graphic design experience will be considered a plus but not required for position.
