During your time with CobbleStone, in what ways have you seen the company grow and prosper?

Since I started at CobbleStone back in October of 2019, I have seen the organization grow in tremendous ways.  The maintenance of business processes and client outreach and support during the COVID-19 pandemic was nothing short of inspiring.  Additionally, the rapid growth of the company (in sales, employees, and otherwise) helps CobbleStone to radiate an atmosphere of progress.  As a member of the marketing team, I have borne witness to the reception of numerous awards on the part of CobbleStone Software.  It is great to be working as a small part of a collective whole pioneering the industry with visionary contract lifecycle management software solutions.

What, in your experience, does it take to be successful in your role?

As the Content Marketing Team Lead at CobbleStone Software, I think it is important for those in my position to balance technical, granular content with visibility in accordance with what industry professionals are searching for.  That is – I could wax poetic about the visionary CLM tools our DevOps team is developing OR I could try my best to serve Google’s search algorithm.  However, true success in equipping industry professionals with the content they need in the interest of thought leadership – whether it be blogs, videos, whitepapers, social media, press releases, or other forms of content – involves a healthy mix of both specificity and searchability.

If you had to evolve your process in the wake of remote work requirements and stay-at-home orders, how did you leverage this for success?

My adaptation in the wake of stay-at-home orders was quite seamless thanks to CobbleStone’s dedicated IT and technical support specialists.  I think I can speak for employees across every department when I thank them for their incredibly valuable expertise and flexibility during the trying times of the pandemic.

What strategy, such as personal disciplines and mindset practices, helped you earn a CobbleStone Employee Excellence Award?

The mindset that has helped me to excel is as follows: Always do the work required of you and then some.  Urging myself to put in just “a little bit extra” every time I finish that which is asked of me has led me down a path to innovation on many occasions (with the help of my teammates, of course).  I believe everyone and anyone can succeed in any field with this mindset.

How have you witnessed your influence make a positive impact within CobbleStone and prospectively with external stakeholders, such as clients?

CobbleStone’s marketing team is full of incredibly talented resources of many disciplines, and I believe we all leave a positive impact on each other day in and day out.  Our collective marketing efforts have increased the visibility of CobbleStone Contract Insight® - leading professionals from a variety of industries down the path toward future-minded contract lifecycle management.

What has been your proudest moment while working at CobbleStone?

My proudest moment at CobbleStone Software was collaborating with my teammates on a video marketing asset on a very tight timeline. The team came together quickly and efficiently to expeditiously generate a helpful thought leadership asset for those looking to optimize their CLM processes.  The entire marketing department really shined when the going got tough – further exemplifying why I am so grateful to be part of the visionary CobbleStone team.

What is your goal for the rest of 2021 and how do you plan on achieving it?

My goal for 2021 is to continue increasing the visibility of CobbleStone Software’s industry-defining CLM software solutions with the help of tried and true marketing best practices.  Additionally, I would like to continue fostering healthy relationships across CobbleStone’s departments to further promote the successful distribution of our award-winning contract management, vendor management, procurement, and sourcing software solutions to organizations worldwide – in a variety of industries in both public and private sectors.

During your time with CobbleStone, in what ways have you seen the company grow and prosper?

I have seen each team grow and co-workers get promoted.  We have also welcomed many new clients during my time here.  It’s exciting to be a part of the growth of such a great company.

What, in your experience, does it take to be successful in your role?

I think it takes patience and understanding.  Many of our clients may not necessarily be tech-savvy.  It’s important to remember that and adjust my approach to their level of understanding.

If you had to evolve your process in the wake of remote work requirements and stay-at-home orders, how did you leverage this for success?

I did not really have to adjust much about my process, as it was primarily client calls and virtual meetings before the stay-at-home orders.  I guess if I had to pick one adjustment, it would be the reliance on virtual platforms for communication with my team and others in CobbleStone.  I miss talking to people in the interest of finding solutions.  Thankfully, we can call through our virtual communications platform, so I do that a ton.

What strategy, such as personal disciplines and mindset practices, helped you earn a CobbleStone Employee Excellence Award?

I live by Hunter S Thompson's saying: “Anything worth doing, is worth doing right.” If there is a task to be done, I will do it to the best of my ability every time.

How have you witnessed your influence make a positive impact within CobbleStone and prospectively with external stakeholders, such as clients?

I have witnessed clients leave their interactions with me with a better understanding of how CobbleStone Software can make their job and life easier.

What has been your proudest moment while working at CobbleStone?

My proudest moments, so far, are winning a CobbleStone Employee Excellence Award and receiving a promotion to Tier Two Tech Support. I am super excited to help my team reach a new level!

What is your goal for the rest of 2021 and how do you plan on achieving it?

My goal for the remainder of 2021 is to make a smooth transition into my new role and continue to help our clients become CobbleStone Software experts. Additionally,  I want to continue helping clients find innovative solutions for their CLM processes. I will achieve this with communication, organization, and time management.

During your time with CobbleStone, in what ways have you seen the company grow and prosper?

During my time at CobbleStone, I have seen the company grow by streamlining interdepartmental communications and increasing efficient processes for software requirements, releases, and resolutions.

What, in your experience, does it take to be successful in your role?

To be successful as a mobile developer, I spend quality time reviewing key concepts and researching technologies prior to starting new projects.

If you had to evolve your process in the wake of remote work requirements and stay-at-home orders, how did you leverage this for success?

While my process changed somewhat for remote work, I adapted quickly with the help of our virtual communications platform.

What strategy, such as personal disciplines and mindset practices, helped you earn a CobbleStone Employee Excellence Award?

Quite simply, I balance tasks with conscientious prioritization by allowing myself to focus on only a few tasks at a time.

How have you witnessed your influence make a positive impact within CobbleStone and prospectively with external stakeholders, such as clients?

I have been in the fortunate position to help members of my team and clients specify new software requirements. During my time with CobbleStone, our team has launched a first-of-its-kind contract lifecycle management mobile app.

What has been your proudest moment while working at CobbleStone?

I am most proud of the multiple moments where I learned new collaboration skills while working within a team for software development projects.

What is your goal for the rest of 2021 and how do you plan on achieving it?

My goal is to learn emerging technologies that could be integrated into CobbleStone Contract Insight.  I plan on achieving this by reading books and experimenting with side projects.

During your time with CobbleStone, in what ways have you seen the company grow and prosper?

Our team has increased significantly.  CobbleStone continues to create positions with upward mobility and attract employees that offer innovative ideas and carry rich experience.  It's exciting to see how CobbleStone Software continues to evolve with our customers' and industries' needs.

What, in your experience, does it take to be successful in your role?

As an Implementation Specialist, I think the ability to be flexible, focus on priorities, listen to the customers’ needs, keep up with system enhancements, communicate clearly and often, and collaborate with other co-workers are important skills for success.

If you had to evolve your process in the wake of remote work requirements and stay-at-home orders, how did you leverage this for success?

We had all the tools necessary to work at home, which was a big plus over some other organizations.  Fortunately, the change was seamless for our clients as well.  Considering that communicating with others through phone calls and virtual communication platforms became essential, it forced our team to focus on improving our communication practices and distribution of collective workload.

What strategy, such as personal disciplines and mindset practices, helped you earn a CobbleStone Employee Excellence Award?

I try my best to work as hard as I can, reach out to more knowledgeable CobbleStone employee experts as needed, and communicate where I think we can make improvements.  I think it is important to maintain strong relationships with all my clients and to continually stay in contact with them.  I cannot be good at my job without all the support and knowledge I receive from my co-workers in all departments. It truly is a team effort.

How have you witnessed your influence make a positive impact within CobbleStone and prospectively with external stakeholders, such as clients?

I think teamwork is the most important element for success.  So, being an active member of the implementation team and working as a team with members of other departments creates the most positive outcome for our clients.

What has been your proudest moment while working at CobbleStone?

I feel proud of all our staff and our clients’ system administrators whenever we complete an implementation.  It is especially rewarding to successfully work collaboratively between CobbleStone’s implementation team and our clients’ teams to satisfy challenging demands and pressing deadlines in meeting the go-live-date on schedule.

What is your goal for the rest of 2021 and how do you plan on achieving it?

My goal is to get my clients fully implemented by continually reaching out and assisting.  I also plan on continuing to help new employees when I can so they can better excel in their implementation roles.  Additionally, I plan on increasing my work flexibility as we execute our newly upgraded software implementation team approach that focuses on client success.  Of course, it is also my goal to take a nice vacation after a long year of going nowhere with this pandemic!
