    Within your CobbleStone Vendor Management Software dashboard, select the “Setup” tab, then “Field Manager,” and then “Gateway Self-Registration.”

    After clicking “Gateway Self-Registration,” you will be directed to the vendor registration Wizard List, where you can view configured wizards and create new wizards.

    By clicking “View Details,” you will be directed to “Wizard Management,” where you can select the wizard type, the wizard name, the wizard you wish to edit, the wizard’s section name, and the wizard’s section group(s).

    Within each “Section Group Name” you can configure specific fields that can be marked as required and/or unique.

    The system can assess fields that are marked as unique when creating a new vendor record.  If unique field values match with an existing record, the system can prompt the vendor contact accordingly – saving you the headache of sifting through duplicate data.

    To see a preview of the wizard as it would appear from your vendors’ perspective, simply click “Preview.”

    If you make a mistake, don't worry!  You can simply delete a wizard, section, or section group by selecting the appropriate fields in the dropdown menus and clicking "Delete."
